Hi, I have an annoying problem recently. Videostreaming on Amazon Prime and Netflix does not work for me as it should. To put it in more detail: The image on Amazon Prime jerky well every 2-3 seconds (it always comes to a short freeze frame). In Netflix, the whole thing is a bit more problematic, here the picture really jerky permanently and after about 10-20 seconds, the playback breaks off. Unfortunately, there's never an error message. I've already tried it with different browsers, Chrome, Firefox and Opera, all of them have these problems, one a little more, the other a little less, but nowhere is it going perfect. The funny thing is that other platforms like YouTube are working flawlessly and with twice the frame rate. Generally, I find the situation somewhat surprising, because I have not installed just bad hardware (Geforce GTX 1080 and 970 as graphics cards) and, at least according to resource monitor, the utilization of all components goes to 0. All graphics drivers should be up-to-date with me and the operating system (Win 10 Pro) is updatetechnisch also up to date. The deactivation of the extensions in the browsers and the reset to the default settings have no effect.
I would be very grateful if someone has suggested a solution!
Sounds like a cable break on the T-Con module
Is not that just installed in TVs?
Try it with the Netflix app and the Amazon Prime app. These are also available for Windows 10 in the Microsoft Store.
You should always use the apps as possible instead of the browser.
The apps are also running fine, but so far everything went in the browser and I really would like to know why that may be.
It may be that they have caught adware. Install the AdwCleaner and scan it: https://de.malwarebytes.com/...dwcleaner/
