Is the BSTO app safe?

Two years ago I used "burning series" regularly to watch series. Meanwhile, the site tells me that I can only watch the series with the bsto app. Does anyone know if the site is reasonably virus-free? I don't want to pay Netflix any money, but I don't want viruses either.
