How can I watch Netflix abroad?

I live abroad and I would like to watch Netflix in German some series and movies, there are in German, but not everyone knows a VPN with Netflix really works, I have tried so many and no one is really or is not free

Alt) Download series, movies more than "just in time" (most I had already saved) 1000, … Was just easier (Download) than copying over USB or Homework Network using public folders (routers).
