Afterwards I quit directly to use only once a month Netflix. Then a few months later I wanted to complete a subscription as normal and then use the credit of my voucher code.

I have now completed the abo (with voucher) and then quit directly… Now there's a blue background "Your membership will be terminated as soon as your gift balance is used up."

Sure, you used the free month and did not just buy a membership by using the data from your voucher, as you say?
If you sign up for a free month, you usually do not have to enter account details or anything else until the end of the month.
When the credit is used up, it's over. You can't cancel and have credit left over, it will be used up.
Everything is on Netflix.
