Need help urgently Debug Led just starts to shine?

I urgently need your help and I was just relaxed watching Netflix and suddenly I had a still image and after I tried to turn the PC off and on, the debug LED on the mainboard and the monitor and keyboard etc. Go no longer on! Please answer very quickly!

Ah btw the CPU LED lights up so there's probably something wrong with the processor, do you have to update the iwie?
