Rainbow Six Siege lied when I watch netflix?

I have a problem recently.
When I play R6 and incidentally on the second monitor Netflix schaufe rainbow always lie for half a second then again seconds.
There are no internet laggs.
My PC:

I7-6700k

Nvidea Geforce 1060 6gb

16gb ram

Is 100% on the Internet! I have it myself if it is a little ahead then it will go back then it has to be loading again. It's just that way. I've got it on Sky and Amazon
