How do you become a Netflix Tagger in Germany or Austria?

This question has been asked before, but four years ago… So I wanted to know again if anyone knows how to become a tagger on Netflix by now. Have looked everywhere - unfortunately without success. Nevertheless, I'm sure that it is already possible in this country. Does anyone know about it?

Netflix advertises positions and you can then apply for them. However, this requires experience as a film critic or the like.
