No, you do not have to with the variant 😊 after the month expires the subscription automatically, as long as you have not charged a new credit. So you will not receive a reminder or other legal consequences. If you have a new play card, you can reactivate it as normal 😊

edit: ups, you have a Google Play card and not the normal Netflix credit card… Can you possibly still exchange?
Unfortunately, that does not work with that?
But, it works through a separate Google Play account where you can activate your Google Play card which in turn will allow you to buy Netflix (pretty cumbersome in the long run). However, you would have to enter your personal information.
You can do so for now and then, when the credit is gone, terminate the subscription and switch to the normal Netflix vouchers.
