There's only a 6 month manufacturer's guarantee on the remote control. Put in new batteries, if it still doesn't work then hold the LED of the remote control in front of the camera lens of the smartphone and press some buttons, the LED should light up on the display if the FB is OK.
Or it doesn't work because of a power failure I don't know
My refrigerator is also off because of a power failure vill it has something to do with a power failure but my computer is running and the living room lights also come on?
