Netflix share?

I'm taking part in the business game exchange. Do you think the Netflix share is a good investment right now, costs 395 euro right now? But then it would soon have to rise again relatively strongly?

Sl

The stock is likely to keep falling as a vaccine against Covid-19 has been found.

Netflix rose at the beginning of the crisis as people stayed home. Now it is sure to flatten out again and soon it will go down, since a vaccine has been found and so less Netflix will be used.

Aha, and what reason should there be for a short-term sharp increase?

My mother is not a reason. Do you have difficulties with the German language?

Investing money during a crisis in stocks, stock exchanges, forex trading etc. Is very dangerous and requires experience, practical knowledge, patience and attention. After the stock has risen sharply in a short period of time, it almost always falls, perhaps not as quickly and strongly, but definitely back to the original point. Mostly even deeper and why is it now:

(Incidentally, the real global financial crisis will not begin until 2021) Netflix was still able to keep customers interested this year with already finished film material. After February, production stopped and that means that supply will decline, causing the stock to lose value again. - Comparable to the financial crisis 2007/8: Everything is shifted and only 1-2 years later it is worst for everyone, even the paying customers (financially). This leads to falling subscribers.

At the same time the US elections have now fallen. Since everything can be expected in this year 2020, it is a high risk factor for an investment. In particular, there are violent reactions from the market when Trump "only" tweets something. Depending on how Trump will react, the share will be positive, but probably more negative.

A vaccine is also soon found. That will further damage the stock. People get vaccinated, the number of spectators drops and everything goes on as usual.

This is exactly how people like you lose their money on stocks: 'It went up because of a crisis? Then it will continue to rise, I will invest! "… - Absolutely no one who professionally trade stocks or the banks would voluntarily invest their value in an unpredictable stock in an unpredictable crisis / April, but now it's too late to get in. - Also, some colleagues on my part who own the shares all got out in February for security reasons and are currently taking a break (not the Netflix share). (They continue to develop like this market works completely taking a break is rarely done in such a market)

Since for the most part the banks control such markets, most banks will sell their shares, or even have what I can imagine (think of the time lag) in order not to accept large losses. For simple everyday mosquitoes this is of course not a gain, rather a loss. And since most citizens are not millionaires (or smart), this probably isn't particularly tempting. - With this sale by the banks and investors, the share also sinks into the basement.

Only when the pandemic is over (which will take a long time) and you are sure that production is up and running and rich investors are investing, then it can make sense to buy a share of Netflix. Then it will very likely go back to the normal pre-pandemic level and then one could clear away. However, this is a period of years and anything can happen in the meantime. And if it turns out to be worse than this cursed pandemic, it's gotten really stupid for everyone.

You should invest the money in a professional course with a personal, approachable coach (e.g. Forex trading). This is not advertising on my part, but if you are interested in living a comfortable life with foreign exchange rates in the long term; get in touch via message. - Or do some research on the Internet, there's also a lot of information about it.

Exchanges are not a game of chance. Either you learn it with great effort and invest your money and your nerves in it, or you have long-term red numbers because you don't understand how the market works. - But, you don't have to be rich to learn that. You just have to definitely work on it, take your time and be motivated.

Hope I could help.

Take part in the simulation game exchange, just wanted to know because the Netflix share is currently relatively cheap (395 euro). But thank you for your detailed answer
