Netflix trial month not working right?

I bought netflix about 1 month ago with a gift card and when I registered it said that I would get 2 months so the trial month once and then the correct one, only that doesn't work because when I go to Netflix it always says "please add one Payment information added "when I click on series

Can someone help me there?
