Netflix: slow internet or small screen?

My girlfriend's internet is slow, but she has a big TV. The internet is good with me, but I only have a 16 inch laptop to look at in bed. Where should we watch netflix?

If your friend has 7 Mmbits download, Netflix is running fine, just do an internet speed test! Unless I watch 4k films on Netflix then it takes 20MBITS to download!
