Connection to Origin possible but not Steam?

Whenever I want to open Steam I get the error message "Can't connect to the Steam network.". On the other hand, I can open the Origin Launcher without any problems. My W-Lan connection is displayed completely "full" and it is also sufficient for Netflix, Youtube etc. I have the virus program Kaspersky and have already stopped this but then I do not come on Steam purely.

Does anyone have any idea why this might be? I'm grateful for every idea.

Probably something is wrong with the Steam servers.
