Is it too cheesy?

I have met someone at the moment, we have known each other for 1 week.

He's a really great man, but there's only one problem he's cheesy.

For example, I had distanced myself for a few days and he then took a picture of me where my face was on it and it said, BABE "and with so many hearts and a whole novel that he would make me my favorite cocoa, Netflix etc, cookies, if only I would open my heart to him. I then told him that all of this was too cheesy for me and pissed him off. I actually like him, but after a week that's too much. He also explained to me That it's because he fell in love with me a little, but he'll stop doing it.

What do you say about it? Do you find my reaction understandable?

Ha

Perhaps it could have been expressed nicer and more sensitively, but that's not always my strength.

I would write to him again that it wasn't meant badly and appreciates it, but it was / is just too much too fast for you.

It depends on how old he is.

I wouldn't necessarily rate that too negatively now. He wrote to you that he has fallen in love with you a little and that he is stopping.

You honestly wrote him your opinion and if you otherwise think he's good, then give him a chance and then talk about it again personally.

But: I would get your favorite cocoa (grin).

Sure, the dose makes it, but at some point he may hold back from gifts.
