Hey I'm considering time Netflix in a test subscription to look for one must deposit a payment method (clear for security). I thought about using a credit card for this, but I would be interested to know if the trial will appear in any way on the credit card statement (if you cancel it in time before expiration).

Unless Netflix has changed it, check the validity of the credit card as you make it, in the form of a one-cent booking or 1 euro. This is only reserved and not debited.
