Is the anime Baki going on?

So I watched the Old Baki anime a long time ago. And now there's a Netflix adaptation. Is that the sequel or the new movie?
And my second question would be which chapter takes on the end of Baki? So from the Anime.Mir noticed that the manga went on.

treated the "Most Evil Death Row Convicts" Arc so a new filming

So it has nothing to do with the story?
And could you answer my second question?
