I kind of came across anime for a few months and thinks it's just awesome. I watched quite a lot of what sounded interesting on Netflix. That's how I came across Goblin Slayer and found the anime very good. It was very brutal and it was discussed quite controversially, but everyone can have their opinion. While browsing I came across Redo a Healer, which is supposed to be pretty similar. That means violence and blood and such. Is finally also released from 18. But now, according to my information, the anime has been rejected by all streaming services like Crunchyroll or Wakanim or similar because it is very controversial and does not meet everyone's tastes. Maybe someone even finds it repulsive and far too brutal. But I would still like to see it. Fantasy animes are just good and since this one is similar to Goblin Slayer, I have even higher expectations of him. So I wanted to know if someone knows something more specific who is deeper into the matter. So when can you expect him? Will it really only be available on disc? And most importantly, is there any hope of a sequel after what may have been a bumpy start? And I also wanted to get some opinions on the anime. That means, do you like that? It's supposed to be pretty brutal. In the end, however, it is just a series and drawn. Would you watch him? Do you find something repulsive or rather interesting, like me. Just write your opinion.
Simulcast was canceled. Wait for the anime to come out on DVD / Bluray this fall.
I would have liked to look at him, but it will probably not work anymore. Although the anime was licensed by AniMoon Publishing and there was also supposed to be a late simulcast, no streaming provider wanted to take the anime because it is supposed to be too controversial, which I personally find quite a shame.
No streaming provider has agreed to simulcast the series, so it will only be released on DVD / Blu-ray.
The disc release should then be in autumn 2021.
