Why are they removing so many anime at once? And do you think they will all soon be removed?
e.g. Naruto? I was hoping that they would have that completely…
The licenses that the streaming providers acquire are usually limited in time. If the license expires and is not extended, the series / film will be removed from the site. This applies to both anime and real films / series.
In addition, Netflix has also acquired licenses for new anime.

The license has just expired.
Because they no longer have the licenses and we will have to wait with your second question.
It was all Kazé titles that were removed. Naruto is e.g. A KSM title, so other licenses. We'll see how other publishers distribute their licenses.

At some point, the licenses for the anime will expire, then they will be removed. Unfortunately, I don't know how long Naruto's license will last and whether it can be extended. I doubt though.
Example: Assassination Classroom
The anime's license had also expired, but was then renewed. After 1-2 weeks I think it was available on Netflix again.
