Japanese Netflix with German subtitles?

I'm in Japanese Netflix through a VPN server my problem is only I can't speak Japanese well and there are no English subtitles either so my question is how can I get German or English subtitles there or should I choose another method to watch anime ( I'm already on anime sites but it loads forever or the anime no longer exists there)?
