I just find them packed full of mainstream anime. Nothing bad, but some of the anime in this list are a bit questionable, especially nanatsu no taizai and Sword Art Online. You also have to keep in mind that it is a community vote in which over 50,000 people must have participated and they even had a limited choice (I think more than 30). It was also typical of the German anime community that they took this mainstream anime again, most of which are even available on Netflix and then even many complain in the comments why Tokyo Ghoul is not there (luckily that is not included) .

It is clear that with a number of 50,000 votes, it is mainly that which is extremely well known and popular that will be voted.

And yeah, everyone has Netflix and that's why it is unfortunately provider No1 for many.

Well it's no wonder that there are mainly mainstream anime in it, it's just a community voting and mainstream is characterized by great awareness and popularity ^^

In itself there's nothing bad about it, the anime are actually quite good… Although I'm not that big a SAO fan now. But well. It's still popular with most of the others 🙈

Only if you are looking for something new and have already seen several anime is of course nothing under it

I mean, such a list would look different with me, but what should you do? These are the top anime of the general public

Be

Is a typical list for people who don't really get into anime.
Nino's target group is also younger and strangely, most of them are into these anime. I'm totally crazy about someone, as long as it's not the Tokyo Ghoul anime.

I can even understand The Seven Deadly Sins, which is also really good in itself, especially as "mainstream". Nothing against you AoT fans, but he's not the Börner either, but he's popular.

Food Wars and Haikyu! Are definitely okay in such a list. And just now Demon Slayer.

Well, all over all it is everyone's own. The fact that such anime are more at the top in the ranking has to do with the fact that more people know about it. If I asked who of you knows: Momokuri, One Week Friends, … Then it would definitely be less negative than if I asked who knows "One Punch Man, Akatsuki no Yona,.

In many eyes, Netflix is the best provider. Everyone in my circle of friends just has Netflix… ^^

Your question shows me that you have a distorted perception about surveys.

You can't give the majority a free choice if the survey wants to reach many participants. The main reason for this is the convenience of the general public
In addition, the evaluation is more complicated with free text, since spelling mistakes and abbreviations make it difficult
In addition, survey tools do not offer endless answer options that can be entered
Whether the survey was sponsored can't be ruled out
Mainstream is well known, so these anime are better represented than lesser-known anime. It's like asking if you prefer Coke or Pocari Sweat. I guess about 80% of anime fans haven't heard or drunk from this.

You see, for a survey that makes it difficult for neither the questioner nor the respondent, this result is quite normal

Ob

I can't understand that with Nanatsu no Taizai either, but that's understandable with such a survey. I think it would be better to have a survey that is not based on the number of fans, but on an average ranking of 1/10 or so. As Ninotaku says, he asks about the best anime of the past decade. This is a contradiction in terms of its type of survey. His survey style does not measure high quality anime, but measures it according to its success.

I also think that's unfair, SAO or seven deadly sins have a lot of problems in my opinion.
