I don't think it's possible to stream the anime in German, because it's not licensed in Germany…

The VPN works (at least for 7 days) for e.g. Japan, China, USA, Germany…, Canada, Great Britain should also work.
Netflix doesn't seem to work either, I've only tested two VPNs so far, but I don't think I can achieve much on netflix.
