I just went through a couple of episodes of Natuto Shippuden on Netflix. After the fight with Itachi, Sasuke was put into hiding by Obito, whereupon he wants to introduce himself to Sasuke. But then the Amaterasu triggers itself and seizes Obito. It comes back to normal after a few seconds as if nothing had happened. How did he do it?
Sure, it is obvious that he just used his kamui. But: In the fight with Konan, he couldn't escape her attack because the letter bombs were too close to him and he sucked them in with him. What's the difference with Amaterasu? The Amaterasu was directly on his body, which means that the part of the body that he teleports with Kamui is still infected with Amaterasu, isn't it? On the wall through which he escapes, he can't have "scraped it off" because, as I said, he travels with his entire body to the other dimension with Kamui, which means that he takes Amaterasu with him.
Amaterasu has no effect on some people, like Naruto for example. I think that he just "deleted" the Amaterasu with his Kamui.
