A GOOD DISPLAY, 50-55 inches, 4-K with
HDR (+, 10, 200, 400, 10000, 1000000, etc,)

that conjures up a very good fast picture.
WITHOUT EXTRAS!
So with without EVERYTHING except a good picture.

no Google, no football, no handball, no Formula 1.
All media are imported from my PC.
The sound comes from my system.
The news from the

2 things:
IPS and very good picture don't really go together. For light content, yes, but VA is much better for the cinema experience. IPS has poor contrast and black level.
High-quality panels are reserved for high-quality TV sets. And these are always smart TVs.
For your requirements, if you really don't need a classic tuner like cable or satellite, a very "simple" computer monitor would be the first choice. But even these are not exactly cheap in this size category because high-quality panels are built in.
