So I just looked at Netflix the first 3rd scale and wonder why is clary now dead me my Simon killed lilith and then that is burned then you want to run away clary but then there was the hand of jonathan and has held her what happened then please the clary is dead i will not come with you

She is not dead! Season 3B last episode, look at it! Clary is just a normal human and has no memories of time anymore.
