Watching AHS 9th season without having seen the others?

So maybe it sounds a bit strange… I wanted to take a look at American horror story and hit play on netflix - but it was somehow already in the 9th season (I haven't seen a single episode before). I only noticed later but now I find it exciting and don't want to stop so easily xD I read on the internet that they don't have that much to do with each other but… 9th season is maybe too much.

If I remember correctly… Then that's really no problem 😁

1984 is a meeega season (my opinion)

Only the actors are of course already involved in the other seasons, but completely different characters.

1984 should be a whole new, separate story.

In season 9 there are references to seasons 2, 5 and 7. To understand, you don't necessarily have to have seen the previous seasons. There are some places and people that you have seen in previous seasons.

Seasons 1 to 7 are really completely independent of each other. After that, some threads from previous seasons will be spun on, but in principle you can mix everything as you like without any problems of understanding.
