Big Bang Theory Finale?

I saw the TBBT finale on Netflix yesterday. However, I know that there should actually be a one-hour final episode that shows post credit scenes again, where interviews are conducted, where the whole crew does a kind of flash mob etc. However, I don't find them on Netflix or anywhere else. Does anyone know where I can watch them?

If I'm not mistaken, the episode has already been broadcast on Pro 7.
