Hey so i have an iphone 7 and actually everything always worked with netflix, but i haven't been able to look at my downloaded series for a month now. I can download them as normal and I can look at them with the internet, but not without internet. I've already started my cell phone several times, downloaded the following new ones, reopened netflix… Etc. I'll be in the hospital for a week tomorrow without Wi-Fi and would be really stupid if I couldn't see anything. Does anyone have a tip or had this problem ever?

Netflix may be in the wrong location for you. Have you recently been to a non-European country?
So my gps is on, i haven't been to any other country for over a year. Sadly it still does not work:/
