How to watch Netflix on TV
You would have to have a smart tv. If this runs with android you can e.g. Download the netfix app from the play store. Incidentally, also for amazon or disney.

Otherwise, you can buy a FireTV Stick for 35 euro, which turns any TV with an HDMI connection into a Smart TV.
How does the fire tv stick work?
Almost all new smart tvs offer this as an app as standard. Of course you have to have internet access to the tv or via Wi-Fi. So an internet flat at home with routers spread the whole thing over cable or air and the tv receives it. Speed at least 16 Mbit / s
If the TV is not smart, an HDMI input and a Fire TV Stick from Amazon are sufficient
