Dyon TV can't find all programs?

So yesterday I bought a new television and everything worked. Set up the program Netflix YouTube and co. Only the important channels like RTL sat1 ProSieben just don't exist, they aren't even displayed as HD, but not all other channels do. I did the automatic station search as normal and very often, despite everything, nothing worked. Would be very nice if someone could help me, thanks in advance.
