Headache when touched?

I have had a headache for three days, but only on the back of the right side of the head, and only by touch.

ie. Only when I stroke my head this pressure comes and that draws evil.

can it be because that my sleep rhythm is not perfect? Or that I'm far too often on the phone (netflix, etc…)?

can someone help me there vlt? Or knows why that could be?
