Looking for a SmartTV as a birthday present for my mother. Would buy this early now (it's her birthday at the end of December), as I expect the prices to rise with Christmas. Don't be, since 4k is getting cheaper and cheaper, it would be good to know when the best time to buy would be
Budget: ~ 750 euro. (Less would be good then I would buy a soundbar with the remaining amount)
From my own research I have already found good devices from LG / Samsung and a price / performance hit from TCL, although I'm unsure whether this will not make any deductions in quality for the lower price.
Regarding TV: You would like a television that can also play Amazon Prime Video and Netflix on its own.
65 inches would also be good.
The TV must also have a triple tuner, because my mother still watches TV a lot despite Netflix and the like.

I know it's a little over budget, but the native 100Hz refresh rate is worth it. Fast movements simply look much better there than on 50 / 60Hz panels
