Which laptop / notebook can you recommend?

I need a laptop / notebook for school (home office) and would also like to use it to surf the Internet, watch videos (on YouTube and Netflix) and listen to music.
Now my question would be which one could you recommend?
Requirements:
Maximum value I spend 400 euro
Operating system: Windows 10 Home in S mode
Size: shouldn't be too big but not too small either 35.8cm (14 inch)
RAM: 4GB, preferably 8GB
I don't know about processors, but a "good processor" would be good
