Login to Netflix acc?

I'm starting to worry about my Netflix acc.

because I've got already 3 times an email that someone in my netflix acc. Log on to an Xbox One even though I do not have an Xbox. Besides, I do not know anyone from the city where the guy logged in.

I changed my password twice but it does not help?

Log out of all devices. Then try again. Otherwise, I would write an email to Netflix Support.
