I ordered a Smart TV from Mediamarkt. My question is now there's the Netflix app (there was nothing with Netflix) because I bought the Smart TV mainly for YouTube and Netflix.

Yes Netflix is included as an app BUT that does not mean that you have it with you free of charge so you have to buy a Netflix subscription like on other devices to use it!
