Will the 'normal' one piece come out on Netflix now?

So some say the Netflix one piece will change somehow. And when does it come on Netflix?

This means only South America, where the anime appears on Netflix. The West / EU is not affected - luckily.

There's a live action series from One Piece. That will end up on Netflix.

Something like the Marvel films, only as a series.
