Screen frozen from the tablet?

The screen of my tablet is frozen while watching Netflix and no more of the buttons reacts. I just let it lie and wait, but after less than 4 hours, still nothing has changed. The tablet has never fallen or something and is not old yet. Can someone help me or maybe already had the same problem?

Restart, if that works.
