Can someone recommend a good Netflix series to me? If possible, a reason would be nice.

Da

The Crown - a nice insight into the history and structure of the British monarchy.

Sex Education - very funny and amusing

ma

- Breaking bad (I never wanted to watch before because everyone annoys me about it, but it's damn good)

- How I met your mother

- Rick and Morty

- South Park

- Midnight revelations

- Black mirror (except for the last 3 episodes…)

"A chess series?", I thought to myself and ignored the hype about the Queen's Gambit for now. Until I read a post by Stephen King who recommended the series. Just take a look and… Whoops! Also seen right through to the end.

I recently watched Haunted Hill House and the sequel Haunted Bly Manor. If you like horror / mystery, you will like the series. The point is that there's an old curse on each of the two houses, which is also expressed in spooks and affects the families or some of their members. But despite a few jumpscares, it's not a horror.

I also liked "The Last Kingdom", which takes place in the not yet unified England on 10/11. Century and tells the story of Uthred, a man kidnapped by Danes and raised as a Dane, and his influence on the fortunes of the Kingdom of Wessex and the Danes who invade again and again. I found it very good!

"The Rain" is good too, it is set in Denmark and is about a very deadly virus that rain spreads and as a result, the Copenhagen capital area and parts of Sweden are quarantined. The virus then turns out to be a secret, scientific project

Strangers from Hell

The series grabbed me so much, it's just heavy and really good. I finished the show a week ago and I'm watching it again because I just don't know how good it is. I just think the implementation of the characters is really good

Mainly because the twins in the series are simply played by the same actor, which I absolutely don't understand how to do that.
