Why do I only have the receipt and no card?

So I wanted to get a Netflix card in rewe one to two hours ago, so did I. But instead of getting the card as I'm usually used to, I only got 2 box-office receipts with a 16-digit number on it so I tried them but these numbers warn me I tried all the numbers I could find on the receipts but everything was invalid, So I asked a friend of mine if she could call the Reweladen and ask what's going on (I'm scared to talk to strangers so I asked her if she could do that for me). Did she also told me that they got the seller and the saleswoman said that she gave me a card. DOES NOT YOU HAVE! Now I do not know what to do, can someone help me please?
