My Netflix is displayed in Japanese since today, I've already tried everything to set German again. Generally there's no option to change language. I can't read anything anymore.
I'm neither in another country nor have I changed anything. I still share my account with other users (I did not create the account), but everything is normal.
Would be great if anyone could help me, already have series withdrawal.
Have you ever changed the language in German for your profile?
Do not find the option "change language". Actually, I've already touched everything, which works. With Japanese characters that's just really guesswork.
Nagut, you have your profile on the top right, because the arrow points down, then click on the 1 option (after the other profiles). Then you have to click on your profile and then change the 2 option to the 3 language in the left row. Achliessend still the button below left click.

Unfortunately, I have Netflix only as a mobile version on the phone, because there's no arrow that goes down.
If I'm going to edit profile or manage account or something, just change profile picture or parental control, nothing with language.
You can change the language on the website.
Since I have already looked, supposedly still German: /
