Can I pay NordVPN monthly?

I wanted to get NordVPN. For 1 year it costs a little over 100 euro. The problem is that I currently have no 100 euro in my account. I wanted to know if someone has NordVPN if they can pay monthly. Similar to Netflix, Spotify and Co. On the Internet and in the FAQ's, I found nothing about it.

I would like to add that it is very strange that Nordvpn is based in Panama (maybe it is just for tax reasons)

This has to do with the fact that no logs have to be stored in the country and the German judiciary is not allowed to query any data there.
