Well, you kissed, cuddled, you sat on his lap, etc. That's normal.
He likes you. I think you're still in puberty. That's the way it is with us.
From my own experience (I'm a boy myself, had a relationship for the past 3 years) I can tell you:
It kind of happens automatically. You don't make it aware. He just feels comfortable with you and thinks you're great.
Most likely, his pubescent brain has also produced a few secret desires in which you play a leading role. But he will probably not admit that. 😂
Well that's actually pretty normal, especially for younger people. Sometimes it happens really quickly that they are excited, especially when you make out and cuddle.
But this is also strongly related to puberty, because the body is full of sex hormones.
So that was normal for your friend, and you can also be happy that you seem to excite him haha.
