Sony Bravia can't find the internet?

I own a Sony Bravia Android TV and have had the problem for a long time that it can no longer find the Internet, whether cable or Wi-Fi.

The strange thing is that only Netflix works. Not everything else. E.g. Amazon Prime, Internet Browser, Crunchy Roll. So everything else except Netflix doesn't work.

Hope someone can help.

Have you ever restarted the internet? If so, I would ask the customer service department for the devices if restarting the Internet does not help.

Tried everything. Maybe i will.

Same problem here. Only Netflix will work. Tried LAN and WAN. Super weird. Restarted everything no luck.
