Have now found out that Nisemonogatari comes, so to speak, directly afterwards. Find only material in Japanese with German subtitles. Is this season maybe in German? And if not, is it possible or confirmed that Nisemonogatari will come in German? Maybe on Netflix.

Here is the answer that Bakemonogatari has not sold so well, so probably the other seasons / series will not appear in German.
Unfortunately, Nisemonogatari has not been licensed in Germany.

Hard to say. If the anime was well received on Netflix. (So many have looked at it, then maybe.)
