I have the following problem: I was just comfortably watching Netflix on my PS4, then suddenly I was kicked out of my PSN account. Tried to log in again (several times) and can't get in, the password is correct, but I have to do a 2-step authentication even though I didn't have it before. Unfortunately I don't have any of these access codes that can be used to restore the account. I changed my PayPal password straight away, but someone had already tried to buy something. What should I do now? I can't call the Playstation hotline right now.
First change all passwords of the accounts that have the same email address as the PSN account. Then (if not already changed) change the password of your e-mail address (for the PSN account). In itself, you can't do anything more than wait or try to reset the account with all possible effort / etc. Until you can call support.
You have to call the hotline, then they can do something. If you write it goes even longer.
