Change Netflix username?

How do I change my Netflix profile name? We have several profiles and each one has 'all'. How can you change that afterwards?

For me, when I start Netflix, I can choose an account, and on the top right is a pen and I can use it to edit all names, should it work

If you choose an account at the beginning on the pen or on more and then edit profiles (you can change pictures)
