Installing PS4 in hotel?

Am in a hotel from Bremen am currently in Cologne. In the room I have very good internet. I have my ps4 with me and close it on the TV. But who I want to connect to the wireless is not. I ask myself why? The wlan code is not for my phone but with my PlayStation why? Want to watch Netflix on TV with my ps4 but does not anyone know why?
