Disney + subscription?

Hi, Disney + starts in Germany on March 24th, 2020.

I just wanted to subscribe but they wanted to take 59.99 euro straight away. Don't they offer to debit an amount monthly? Such as. With Netflix? Or am I missing something or is that still coming?
