There's nothing "secret" there, these are simply indicators for different categories.

There no films are "unlocked" or are "secret", but is only a category listing if you are looking for certain films. For example, if you are only looking for Asian films, then this category has a code.
You can find these films quite normally in the search. Netflix does not buy expensive licenses that cost several thousand euro to millions to not show these films at the end.
