Why does the router crash when we watch TV?

The problem:

The TV (Hisense Tv) is wirelessly connected to our Internet (Speedport Pro, 16k line, Telekom) and runs great in the living room. Now, because it is more comfortable, we have put the TV in the bedroom. He now smears very often as soon as we want to watch Netflix.

In addition, we have the Wi-Fi on our two cell phones. Does anyone know the problem and how to act about it?

As I said, everything went great in the living room, with both cell phones and without a LAN cable being plugged in.

I only spontaneously think of a Wi-Fi amplifier. There are different variants. Where is your bedroom, same floor or 2nd floor in the house? TV sets, I would usually only run with a cable, if necessary, apart from the router being at eye level with the TV.

Perhaps this is just a router problem and, if available, should be updated with the latest update.

Otherwise, only a LAN connection or a WLAN amplifier helps.

Then the distance between the TV and the router has probably increased.

There are a few tricks you can do with the https://www.telekom.de/...ecked=true.

Of course, a LAN connection is always the best, but not always so easy to implement.

Another option is our https://www.telekom.de/...wifi-miete. Speed Home Wi-Fi offers a continuous Wi-Fi signal for optimal coverage in all rooms on one floor.
