I haven't had a netflix anymore and am wondering if you have any other APPS where you can serialize and watch without Wi-Fi

Plex
Netflix is not an app in itself. Netflix is not a service. You can also watch it on a PC via a website, on a TV or on a smartphone via the app.

Plex but costs
How is that supposed to work without Wi-Fi? You need Wi-Fi to download something. Neither goes completely offline with Netflix. But of course there are alternatives:
Amazon Prime Video, Maxdome, Sky and what's even free, but probably wouldn't have a download option would be Joyn. There are many more.
And what does Plex bring you without your own films? Right, nothing!
And don't come to me that Plex now has its own video stream.
They only have old films… And all in English!
